The information center provides guidance for patients, relatives and staff. The information center also manages incoming telecommunication, transferral to departments, manages incoming and outgoing mail, in addition to other tasks.

The information center is located by the main entrance in the Hospital of Klaksvík.
Opening hours are monday to friday from 8 am to 16 pm, but the phone answers at all hours.

Hospital of Suðuroy
The information center in the Hospital of Suðuroy is located on the 2nd floor. Opening hours are from monday to thursday from 8 am to 3:30 pm and friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
Patients and visitors with appointments at the Hospital of Suðuroy, are kindly asked to direct to the information center on arrival.
